<p>PURPOSE: To provide a sorter on which a sheet is loaded by shifting a sheet group on a tray without being accompanied with enlargement of the trays and the whole sorter. CONSTITUTION: After a plurality of trays (T) are moved one by one to a sheet receive position P3, a sheet is discharged on the tray (T) in the sheet receive position P3 from a sheet discharge position P1 in the direction shown by an arrow (A), then a plurality of sheets are accumulated in a standard position P1 which is regulated by a sheet stopper 4 of the tray (T) so as to be the first sheet group SG, and the first sheet group SG is stapled. Thereafter, the first sheet group SG is pushed by the tip part 23A of a push member 23 in the direction shown by an arrow B1 along the inclined direction of the tray (T), and the first sheet group SG is locked at a sheet group lock position PA2 by the projecting part 4 of the tray (T), and then a plurality of sheets are accumulated again in the standard position PA1 which is regulated by the sheet stopper 4 of the tray (T), as the second sheet group SG.</p> |
