GREASE COMPOSITION FOR RESIN LUBRICATION

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a grease compsn. which provides a lubricating oil film with a sufficient thickness in lubricating between a metal and a resin and prevents variation in torque in a long-term use even when applied to a transmission mechanism such as a power steering device. CONSTITUTION: This grease compsn. is prepd. by compounding a grease mainly comprising a base oil and a thickening agent with 1-10wt.% (based on the compsn.) at least one compd. selected from among a hydrogenated fatty acid or a fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol. The fatty acid ester is pref. the one formed by using a polyhydric alcohol selected from among glycerol, polyglycerin, polyoxyethylene glycerin, and propylene glycol.
