PURPOSE: To exactly detect the adhesion of powder material to the upper surface of a turntable by providing a pressure sensing means for sensing an upward pressure exerted on a leveling piece which is placed on a movement track of each mill, into which the powder material is supplied by means of a feed shoe of an open type. CONSTITUTION: A large number of mortars 10 for molding are provided vertically through, at regular pitches, a turntable 1 which is rotated counterclockwise at reduced speed and a pair of upper and lower pestles 2, 3 is provided for each of the mortars 10. A feed shoe 5 of the open type is provided in a powder material feed area (a) on the turntable 1 to successively feed the material to each mortar 10, and a leveling piece 7 is vertically movably set at the rear end of the shoe 5. A pressure sensing means 8 for sensing pressure exerted on the piece 7 is provided above the piece 7 and when a sensing output of the means 8 has exceeded a reference value, the operation of the device is stopped by a controller. |
