PURPOSE: To obtain a propylene resin compsn. excellent in low-temp. flowability, softness, and stampability. CONSTITUTION: This compsn. comprises 100 pts.wt. propylene-α-olefin block copolymer (A) having a ratio (η1 /η2 ) of the melt viscosity (η1 ) measured by the slit die method under a shear rate of 10<1> sec<-1> to that (η2 ) under a shear rate of 10<2> sec<-1> of 3.5-8, 5-150 pts.wt. rubbery polymer (B), 1-30 pts.wt. at least one plasticizer (C) selected from among a mineral oil softener, a phthalic ester plasticizer, and a silicone oil, and 0.005-2 pts.wt. org. peroxide (D). It is prepd. by dynamically heat treating at least components A and D among these components and adding the remaining components to the treated components in such a manner that the resulting compsn. has a melt flow rate (measured according to JIS K 7210 at 230 deg.C under 2.16kg-load) of 50-300g/10min.
