PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an economical operation of a catalyst decoking process by heating particulates by the combustion of fuel and producing carbon dioxideenriched gas by separating nitrogen from the exhaust gas in the combustion of coke deposits on the particulates in the presence of the mixed gas of oxygen and carbon dioxide. SOLUTION: In a hydrocarbon fluidized bed catalytic decomposition apparatus composed of a catalytic decomposition reactor 2, a catalyst regenerator 4, and a nitrogen gas separator 6, the reactor has a riser part 8 and a separator part 10, and a decomposed gas product is separated from a coked catalyst in the separation part 10. Coke deposits are burned in a process in which air is used first as an oxidizing substance in the regenerator 4 installed in a fuel injection line 30 and removed from particulates. Next, in the separator 6, nitrogen is separated from carbon dioxide in combustion gas, a residual carbon dioxide-enriched gas flow is recirculated to the regenerator 4, and simultaneously, substantially pure oxygen is introduced into the regenerator 4.
|
