METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONDUCTING WET STACK GAS DESULFURIZATION FROM POROUS PLATE MOLD WITH GAS LAYER

PURPOSE: To efficiently desulfurize exhaust gas by automatically circulating an absorbing soln. without using power by dividing an absorbing tank into a gas bubble tank and a liquid tank by a gas ejecting plate having gas jet orifices and raising the absorbing soln. by the pressure of a gas layer and allowing the same to fall from an overflow plate to circulate the same. CONSTITUTION: An absorbing tank 100 is partitioned into an upper gas bubble layer 120 and a lower liquid layer 130 by a single gas ejecting plate 110 having a large number of gas jet orifices 111 bored therein. Gas is introduced into the region under the gas ejecting plate 110 to form a gas layer 210 and an absorbing soln. is raised to the gas bubble layer 120 from a rising part by the pressure of the gas layer 210 and ejected from the jet orifices 111 to become gas bubbles. The absorbing soln. becoming gas bubbles exceeds an overflow plate 152 having a large number of V-grooves formed at a predetermined height to fall. By this constitution, gas and a liquid are automatically brought into contact with each other without using power to desulfurize exhaust gas.
