<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a layered body having a foamed layer excellent in cushioning feeling and surface appearance by a method wherein a base material is arranged in molds, a skin material which contains a foaming agent is supplied onto the base material in a melting state, and the skin material is foamed and molded by compression molding. CONSTITUTION: A base material 4 is arranged in molds 1 and 2. A skin material which contains a foaming agent is supplied in between the base material 4 and the molds 1, 2 from a resin supplying passage 3 in a melting state. At this time, the skin material is supplied by providing a clearance between the molds and the base material or by gradually opening the molds. For compression molding of the skin material after it is supplied and foamed, the foaming agent- containing skin material is let to fluidly fill the clearance of the molds having a thickness less than that of a foamed layer of a final product. The molds are opened before the material is completely solidified so as to foam the foaming agent. Thereafter, the clearance of the molds is molded by compression molding so as to form a thickness the same as the thickness of the foamed layer of the final product. Thus, a layered body having excellent cushioning feeling and grain transfer property can be obtained.</p> |
