PURPOSE: To carry out oxidation at a tow temp. by the high oxidizing power of Cl<-> or F<-> in place of roasting for oxidation in the final stage of a process for producing an alloy, ceramics or a semiconductor. CONSTITUTION: A liq. mixture of a Cl-contg. org. solvent, especially an ethylene chloride soln. (Me) with water is poured in a treatment tank T and heated to about 70-150 deg.C to generate Cl<-> in the tank T and the orbits of electrons constituting the atoms of an alloy or ceramics are varied to carry out high oxidation. |
