A TETRACYCLINE CONTAINING SELECTIVE MEDIUM FOR BIFIDOBACTERIUM

摘要

The selection badge of bifidobacterium is the badge to select and compute bifidobacterium from lactic products and this badge is produced by mixing 0.8-2.5un/ml of tetracycline independently or 15-50ug of neomycin and paromomycin respectively with a multiplication badge. The produced selection badge doesn't influence the growth of bifidobacterium while controlling the growth of other complex lactic ferments.
