PURPOSE: To easily determine authenticity of information by maintaining design properties of a medium and a transfer material itself, by forming a reversible thermal recording layer under a hologram cubic image and making it possible to rewrite visible information. CONSTITUTION: On a base material 2, a reflective thin film layer 3, a reversible thermal recording layer 4, a hologram layer 7 consisting of a hologram forming layer 5 having a hologram image and a permeable thin film layer 6 whose refraction factor differs from that of the hologram forming layer, and a protective layer 8 are layered. Visible information is written under the hologram layer from the top face of the hologram layer by using a heat print means, so that visible information which can be rewritten can be recorded and the hologram image and the visible information which can be rewritten can be ascertained in a state that they are superposed. |
