PURPOSE: To provide an elevator operating system optimum to an observation elevator which has a high stage effect. CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with fog generators 5 mounted for respective stopping floors in an elevator shaft, a control valve 4 for controlling water flow supplied to the fog generator 5, and signal output device 2A for outputting opening/closing control signals to the control valve 4, and injects fog to the inside of the tower and starts operation at the time of operating the elevator upwards and downwards. |
