PURPOSE: To provide the subject packaging member, comprising a specific constitution and enabling a rice ball to be sanitarily and readily eaten even with dirty hands due to its ability to relish the rice ball without direct touch thereon during the period from the unsealing of the prepared package to the end of eating. CONSTITUTION: This packaging member for a rice ball is obtained by arranging a pair of inner packaging films 2 and 2 so as to mutually partially overlap in the center of an outer packaging film 1 and sealing the outer edges of the pair of inner packaging films 2 and 2 and the outer packaging film 1 with sealing parts 3 and capable of housing a sheet of laver 4, etc., therein. The packaging member is further provided with an unsealing part 6. Furthermore, the packaging member is constituted by arranging a sheetlike member 5 between the outer packaging film 1 and a food such as the sheet of laver 4 so as to thereby enable the gripping of the laver 4 or the rice ball through the sheetlike member without direct touch thereon with fingers or hands. When the rice ball rolled in the laver is eaten with the member, the vicinity to the central part of the sheetlike member 5 is exposed with the unsealing of the outer packaging film 1 from the unsealing part 6. Thereby, the outer packaging film 1 is preferably removed to the left and right with one hand while gripping the sheetlike member 5 with the other hand. |
