<p>PURPOSE: To treat a large quantity of raw gas at a high speed by increasing a pulse streamer corona discharge area, through which the raw gas passes. CONSTITUTION: This device comprises a box body 26 having a gas inlet port 2 for introducing raw gas such as air, exhaust gas, etc., and a gas outlet port 3 for feeding treated gas such as ozonized gas or the like to the outside, and discharge tubes 5 which are provided in the box body 26 along the flowing direction of the raw gas in the box body 26 to form a pulse streamer corona discharge. And, a fin 32 is provided at one of a pair of electrodes 30, 31 of the discharge tube 5 to generate corona discharge and to cool the gas, thereby increasing cooling capacity of the raw gas to enhance density of discharge power or increasing a corona discharge area.</p> |
