<p>PURPOSE: To provide a holding device for a door or the like which is excellent in durability by providing balls slidably energized toward both sides of an inserting body. CONSTITUTION: A holding device for a door or the like is made up of a movable article 17 such as a door, a receiving seat body 1 that has been fixed to the fixed frame body 18 on one side, and an inserting body 11 that is fixed to the movable article on the other side; and receiving holes 4, 5 are formed to the right and left side wall parts 2, 3 of the expanding slot 36 of the receiving seat body 1, and the inserting body 11 is made up of a latch holding plate, latches 12, 13, and a case 19. The latches 12, 13 housed inside the holding frame are slidably energized toward the outside by means of a compression coil spring 14, and receiving holes 15, 16 through which the hemispherical end parts 27, 28 of the latches 12, 13 are projected are formed to the right and left side walls of the case 19.</p> |
