PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly engage a ring with a hoop by forming an annular guide crown to the outside of the ring fixing a distribution member to the neck part and providing the inner surface projection corresponding to the hoop attached to a fixed ring. SOLUTION: An annular fixing ring 10 fixing a distribution member 3 to the neck part 2 of a container 1 housing a substance to be distributed has the snap clamping tab 12 for fixing the fixing ring 10 to the neck part of the container at its bottom part and has the opening for the distribution member 3 and the means fixing the distribution member 3 to the neck part 2 of the container at its top part. The top part further has at least one guide wall element 14 and the element 14 is substantially arranged to the snap clamping tab 12 to form the annular guide crown vertically extending to the peripheral part of the fixing ring 10 in parallel to the longitudinal axial line of the distribution member 3. Further, a hoop 20 having a vertical rib or a twist inner projection 22 is fitted to the outside of the fixing ring 10 under pressure in order to prevent the outward opening of the tab 12.
