PURPOSE: To obtain a dielectric porcelain compsn. having a high dielectric const., small dependence of the dielectric const. on temp. and voltage, and high dielectric breakdown voltage although the grain size is small, and to obtain a laminated ceramic capacitor using this compsn. CONSTITUTION: This dielectric porcelain compsn. contains 83.3-96.7mol% BaTiO3 containing <=0.03wt.% alkali metal oxide as impurity, and total 1.4-5.0mol% of at least one of lanthanum oxide, cerium oxide, neodymium oxide, praseodymium oxide and samarium oxide in terms of LaO3/2 , CeO2 , NdO3/2 , PrO11/6 and SmO3/2 , respectively, and 0.5-6.7mol% of CaZrO3 and CaSnO3 in terms of Ca(Zr1-x Snx )O3 , wherein 0<x<=1.0, and 1.4-5.0mol% of TiO2 . |
