PURPOSE: To obtain the subject product having excellent pressure-sensitive adhesiveness and shear strength and excellent in adhesive strength to a structure consisting of a polyolefin resin, etc., and having low surface energy by laminating a specific acrylic tacky agent to a specific acrylic tacky substrate. CONSTITUTION: At least one surface of an acrylic base sheet to be used for tacky sheet having >=50% stress relaxation rate at 100% stretch at 1hr later comprising a copolymer of a methacrylate with a polar group-containing vinyl monomer and particles having a specified average particle diameter (2-200μm) is laminated with an acrylic tacky agent composed of (A) an acrylic copolymer composed of (i) an alkyl (meth)acrylate having a 1-4C alkyl and a polar group- containing vinyl monomer, (iii) a hydroxyl group-containing vinyl monomer and having 200000-1500000 weight-average molecular weight and 1.5-4 ratio of weight average molecular weight Mw/number-average molecular weight Mn, (B) a hydroxy group-containing tackiness-providing resin having 1.5-6 hydroxyl group index and 4.5-6.5 softening point index and (C) an acrylic tacky agent comprising a crosslinking agent capable of reacting with hydroxyl group.
