PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a suture without making it weaker. SOLUTION: A suture clip main body 14 wherein the internal surface forms a passage which is substantially in parallel with the axis in the longitudinal direction, and it is connected with the external surface by a slot 6 in the longitudinal direction which extends from the terminal end of a suture clip main body 4 to the hand base side end, and in addition, the surface on the hand base side has a dimension which is at least five times larger than the diameter of a suture 16, and a collar 12 which is arranged around the suture clip main body 14, and is combined with the suture clip main body 14 in order to warp the internal surface in a manner to be combined with the suture 16 by friction, are provided, and this suture clip is attached to at least one piece of the suture 16. |
