PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a driving toothed gear to remain at a predetermined position within a base frame during removal of a printing cylinder by improving a device for coupling a removable printing cylinder provided with a bearing unit on a cylinder journal to the driving toothed gear. SOLUTION: One hollow shaft 16 is supported in the hole 9 of a bearing bush 11 in a manner being placed at normal position in the axial direction and being rotatable in the circumferential direction, and a driving toothed gear 18 is secured at an end part 17 spaced away of the hollow shaft 16. In addition, a changing shaft 23 is arranged within the hollow shaft 16 being slidable in the axial direction, and a coupling type clutch 22 is interposed between the hollow shaft 16 and the switching shaft 23 so as to compensate a shift in the axial direction. Furthermore, a cylinder journal 2 and the changing shaft 23 are disposed in a fashion capable of being coupled by an engaging type changeable clutch 27. |
