PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition having high vibration absorptivity within a wide temperature range and useful for soundproofing and vibrationproofing by dissolving or dispersing an elastomer composite material comprising a thermoplastic resin, a polyurethane resin and a compatibilizer into a non-polar organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: This composition is composed of (A) an elastomer composite material comprising (i) at least one kind of thermoplastic resin selected from a group comprising an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, an olefin-diene copolymer, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and an ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer, (ii) a polyurethane resin and (iii) a compatibilizer with the component (i)≈=Nthe component (ii) [preferably an (anhydrous) maleic acid-modified PE and/or an (anhydrous) maleic acid-modified PP] wherein the component (i)/the component (ii) is 10/90-60/40 and the component (iii)/(the component (i) + the component (ii)) is (0-20)/100 dissolved or dispersed into (B) a non-polar organic solvent having an aniline point or a mixed aniline point at 5-70 deg.C.
