FIELD: protection of steel equipment in oil and gas production industry against corrosion-mechanical damage. SUBSTANCE: inhibitor contains condensation product including imidazoline- and monoamide-based compounds such as 1- diethylenediamino-2-alkyl(alkylenyl)-2-imidazolines having general formula I, alkyloyl(alkenyloyl)triethylenetetramine monoamides having general formula II, and 1,4- dialkyloil(alkylenoil)piperazines having general formula III at imidazolines to monoamides weight ratio (2.7-3.0):1 and, accordingly, nonsaturation degree of condensation product being 34- 50 mg/100 g. Such inhibitor is prepared in three-step condensation of mixture containing high-molecular synthetic fatty acids and polyethylene polyamine in presence of concentrated hydrochloric acid as a catalyst, temperature and intervals after each step being increased. EFFECT: essentially improved performance of inhibitor, prolonged operation life of equipment. |
