FIELD: foundry, namely, preparation of lubricants for press molds for pressure die casting of light alloys. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissolving alkali or alkali-earth metal halide in solvent; additionally heating the above mentioned halide until melting it; then cooling it until solidification and disintegrating. EFFECT: enhanced corrosion resistance of castings at storage, lowered adhesion of melt to press mold. |
