FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has pile of high-linearity resistors, which are located in dielectric rib housing with metal end pieces on ends of housing which are connected to said resistors. Space between pile of resistors and housing is filled with polymer composition with filler. Pile of resistors is bracketed by at least to rods of dielectric material, which are located in symmetry about axis of pile of resistors. Ends of rods are mounted in metal thimbles. Said space is at least 4 mm. Devitrified glass and powder of material of zinc-oxide resistor is used as filler at rate of 100-500 weight units for each 100 weight units of flexible composition. Goal may be achieved by design of housing which is made as whole from silicon-organic rubber which is stable in track and air. Device may be used for protection of insulation of electric circuits of devices and power plants, home and industrial electronic devices against air and short-time switching overload. EFFECT: increased reliability. |
