METHOD FOR APPLYING COATING ONTO INNER TUBE SURFACE

FIELD: technology of applying coating inner surface of tubes. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing tube 2 on rollers 1, introducing powder into cavity of tube 2 with the use of metering device; simultaneously with rotation of tube 2 feeding into it through branch pipe saturated steam; using ventilator 5 for passing saturated steam along tube 2. Dry mixture spilling along wet surface of tube deposites by thin layers and due to hydration of cement and fly ash by action of saturated steam forms solid and thin coating. EFFECT: higher quality of coating. 1 dwg
