JUICE AND WINE STABILIZATION APPARATUS

FIELD: production of wines, juices and beverages. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has perforated and porous drums mounted in casing in axially aligned position for rotation in opposite directions on hollow drive shafts. Perforated drum is positioned in spaced relation to casing wall. Porous drum is positioned within perforated drum so that annular channel is defined between them. Perforations of perforated drum are formed as nozzles. Perforated stator is positioned in space between casing and perforated drum. Perforations of drum and stator are positioned in common plane and arranged in axial circles with unequal and aliquant circumferential space. Space between perforated drum and casing is communicated with liquid carbon dioxide source. Vessel for unstabilized raw material and vessel for sediment to be discharged are connected with opposed ends of annular channel through hollow shaft. Vessel for stabilized raw material is connected with cavity of porous drum through other hollow shaft. EFFECT: increased capacity, wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg
