SUBSTANCE: electric heater has heating element made of carbon fiber based on hydrated cellulose fibers with final treatment temperature not lower than 1800 C, insulation placed above it, and protective casing made of grass fiber, as well as metal foil terminals; novelty is that heater is made of carbon band, 20-100 mm wide; sealed fluoroplastic film jacket is used as insulation and metal foil terminals are folded and wrapped together with ends of carbon band and provided with two compressing stainless-steel strips. EFFECT: improved reliability and enlarged functional capabilities. |
