METHOD FOR HEAT TREATMENT OF SHEET LOW-CARBON STEEL

FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, namely, production of heat treated rolled sheets from carbon and low-alloyed steels. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting temperature and heating rate of metal upon accelerated tempering in dependence upon rate and termination temperature of previous accelerated cooling stage; selecting mean value of sheet cooling rate before tempering in dependence upon carbon equivalent of steel. EFFECT: enhanced mechanical properties of rolled sheets of low carbon steel.
