FIELD: medical equipment and can be used in practical medicine for hypoxitherapy- treatment by gaseous mixtures with a low content of oxygen. SUBSTANCE: the apparatus for hypoxitherapy in normal barometric conditions uses, successively installed in the casing, a compressor, gas-distributing diaphragm member, gaseous mixture flow governor, humidifier, receiver, unit for connection to the patient consisting of a mask with a check valve and a means for monitoring the patient's state with an oxygen sensor, which is additionally furnished with a feed air heat cooler equipped with a collector of condensate and unit of its automatic discharge; the gas-distributing member is based on the block of flat polymeric diaphragms, made of polyvinyltrimethylsilane at a relationship between the thickness of the separating layer and the thickness of the diaphragm equal to 6-10:1, enclosed in a cylindrical volume limiter furnished with gas inlet and outlet connections; the gaseous mixture flow governor is branched into two lines, the first of them in the direction of gas flow has a valve, and the other has a regulated nozzle; and the receiver is provided with a safety valve with an automatic pressure release.
