MARKER FOR LUMINESCENT IMMUNOANALYSIS

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to immunodiagnostics, in particular, to chemistry of reagents for luminescent analysis. Reagent can be used as marker of antigens and antibodies when performing luminescent immunoanalysis with time resolution. This approach makes it possible to diminish consumption of marker while producing conjugants metal-porphyrin/protein. Basic luminescent properties: λ= 381 nm; λ= 646 nm; τ= 0.078 s; half-width of excitation maximum - 20 nm; half-width of phosphorescence maximum 21 nm; quantum output of luminescence 0.6-0.7. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of immunoanalysis.
