FIELD: building equipment. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase productivity and to decrease costs of operations. apparatus has corner cover plates 1 fixed on upper corners of building 2. Cover plates have chutes 3 to fix supporting cable embracing building and acting as guide for cradle 5 motion. In the case cover plates 1 have additional rolls oriented along walls of servicing building, that allows cradle to be moved along building walls both by vertical and vertical horizontal lines.
