The vessel is filled with a gel and has the inlet that is in contact with the rod of the valve and nozzle provided with the outlet opening directed along the radius outward with respect the vessel top. The cover is open from below and interacts with the outer surface of the drive to guard it when the drive is not in operation. The cover is provided with an opening. Hollow 52 in the rim of the opening interacts with stop 54 on the outer side of the drive to guarantee the cover opening to be positioned opposite to the outlet opening of the drive nozzle when the cover is set in its place.
