FIELD: food-stuffing industry. SUBSTANCE: freezer has vertical heat-insulated cylindrical housing with loading and unloading units and sluice chamber located inside it above which peripheral cooling agent supply header and axial cooling agent discharge header are arranged; headers are brought in communication by means of horizontal cooling pipes forming helical surface; rollers adjoining the cooling pipes are used for motion of product; additional rollers located under sluice chamber over parallel helical surfaces are also used for motion of product; freezer is also provided with thermal radiators and axial vacuum header, as well as with granulated carbon dioxide proportioner connected with loading unit.
