FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: gas flow is subjected to treatment in heat exchanger forming single unit; gas flow is partially condensed at cooling in loops and noncondensed gas phase is heated in other loop. Required cold is obtained from condensates which are evaporated after subcooling and throttling. Process may be effected in heat exchanger having many passages in each loop. EFFECT: cleaning of gas flow consisting of several components condensable at cooling. 1 dwg
