FIELD: polyurethane elastomers production. SUBSTANCE: 1 mole of polyfurite interacts with 0.5-0.6 moles of tolylene 2,4-diisocyanate. Then prepolymer is synthesized starting from polyol obtained and tolylene 2,4-diisocyanate at molar ratio 1:(1.9-2.1). Cross-linking of prepolymer is achieved with alcohol-amine mixture containing polyethylene glycol adipate (P-800) and 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane (diamet-X) at the ratio 0.2: 0.68. Reaction mass is finally hardened at 115± 5C during 18-24 h. EFFECT: enhanced strength. |
