PURPOSE: To uniform material deposited and provide a constant state of deposition by masking an electrode zone while leaving a connecting zone to a foil conducting member on the electrode zone, heating an electromechanical converting element within the connecting zone inside the furnace thereby melting the material to be deposited, and depositing an end portion of the foil conducting member in the connecting zone. CONSTITUTION: An electrode zone of an piezoelectric body 21 is masked with tape 32 by leaving a connecting zone with a conductor pattern 24a as a foil conducting member on the electrode zone of the piezoelectric body 21. And solder 31 is applied to the inside of an opening 32a of the tape 32, and the tip portion of the conductor pattern 24a is placed on the top of the solder 31. Moreover, the piezoelectric body 21 inside the connecting zone is heated in an oven thereby welding the piezoelectric body 21 to the conductor patterns and others. By doing this, the characteristics of the piezoelectric body 21 can be maintained at a good state, and the welding can be performed uniformly. |
