PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain noodles, containing a pharmacodynamically effective ingredient, simply edible at home, hardly feeling the irritation such as an odor of the pharmacodynamically effective ingredient and useful as a health, food, etc., by including a pharmacodynamically effect holding material prepared by coating a pulverized material, etc., of a food having the pharmacodynamically effective ingredient with an edible material insoluble in the stomach. SOLUTION: The noodles contain a pharmacodynamically effect holding material 15 prepared by coating a pulverized material 11 or an extracted material from a food which is any one or more of a Guinea pepper, a garlic, an aloe, green tea or chrynsathemum flower having a pharmacodynamically effective ingredient with an edible material 14 which is insoluble in the stomach and any one or more of albumen, a ground fish meat, a minced animal meat, gelatin, whey protein, a dried devil's-tongue tuber flour, agar and carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC). The pharmacodynamic effect holding material 15 is preferably mainly contained in the core part and the food having the pharmacodynamically effective ingredient is a medicated plant containing a spice. |
