The device includes a micromotor which is positioned inside and on the axle of a baiting device or artificial fish. The resistance of the water turns the baiting device or the artificial fish and rotation of a magnet in the micromotor forces the micrometer to act as a dynamo. A voltage is induced between the terminals of a coil and an electrical energy supply is produced. The supply can generate a DC or AC output which can be used to power an LED, or a mini-buzzer.
