MOVING PICTURE VOICE DISPLAY SYSTEM AND DISPLAY METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make conversational sentences match with a moving picture displayed on a display with good timing by monitoring frames of the moving picture, which is being displayed, and displaying voice text data, frame by frame, in a text display window on the display. SOLUTION: A moving picture display control part 21 displays the moving picture in the moving picture display window 7 on the display by referring to a moving picture data file 22. Voice text data, which should be displayed simultaneously with the respective frames of the moving picture are displayed by the frames in the text display window on the display 3 while specified with a time chart file 27 by monitoring the frames of the moving picture being displayed by a text display control part 23. Consequently, the moving picture displayed on the display 3 can match with this conversational sentences with good timing.
