PURPOSE: To reduce the circuit scale, to increase the operation speed, and to improve the operation precision in a semiconductor device having many input terminals. CONSTITUTION: In the semiconductor device where capacity means 2 are connected to many input terminals through first switch means 3 respectively and have one terminals connected in common and inputted to a sense amplifier 5, at least a part of capacity means is connected in common through a second switch means 13. The output of the sense amplifier is connected to at least one of these input terminals through a latch means 12.
