PURPOSE: To obtain an optical recording medium which has excellent scratching resistance and hardly causes warpage or cracks by bending. CONSTITUTION: A multilayered hardened layer 9 is formed on a transparent protective layer 1 by using a radiation-curing resin in such a manner that the shrinking rate due to hardening increases from the innermost layer (first layer 6) to the outermost layer (third layer 8) and that the thickness of each layer in the hardened layer 9 is decreased from the innermost layer (first layer 6) to the outermost layer (third layer 8). Thus, the obtd. medium has little warpage as a whole and has excellent pencil scratching hardness and Taber's wear resistance is obtd. by the synergistic effect of layers. |
