PURPOSE: To efficiently manage a document without fail by automatically selecting the document to be an object by inputting work items and processes. CONSTITUTION: An input means 10 inputs the work items or processes corresponding to the document to be prepared. Besides, a document managing information part 12 stores the document corresponding to the inputted work items or processes and stores the model of the document corresponding to the work items or processes. Further, a document selecting means 14 selects the document to be the preparing object based on the work items or processes inputted by the input means 10 and the contents in the document managing information storage part 12 and displays out the model of the document when newly preparing the document. Then, a document storage means 16 stores the newly prepared document in the document managing information storage part 12 corresponding to the work items or processes inputted by the input means 10. |
