PURPOSE: To extract a reception content to an outside of a transmission line cell without deteriorating reception performance of a radio call receiver in the transmission line cell. CONSTITUTION: A radio call receiver 5 in a transmission line cell 4 receives a signal and its reception content is blinked by an LED 13 provided to the radio call receiver 5 and blink information is extracted to the outside of the transmission line cell 4 by an optical fiber 7 and received by a light receiving element 15 in an arithmetic circuit 8 and the reception content is confirmed by a display device 9 after the arithmetic operation. Then the reception content of the radio call receiver 5 in the transmission line cell 4 is extracted at the outside of the transmission line cell 4 by the optical fiber 7 to measure the reception content without deteriorating the performance of the radio call receiver 5 and then the automation of the measurement is attained quickly. |
