PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple manufacturing process of low temperature for a dielectric layer formed on the glass substrate of display side. SOLUTION: When a plasma display panel which is composed of a first substrate 10 having a plurality of first electrodes provided in parallel with each other, a second substrate 20 having a plurality of second electrodes provided in a direction crossing with the first electrodes, and a discharging space between both of the substrates 10 and 20 is manufactured by this method, a dielectric thin film sheet 30 on which the first electrodes are formed and the second substrate 20 on which the second electrodes are formed are sealed so as to have a discharging space between them, and subsequently the first substrate 10 is pasted on the sealed dielectric thin film sheet 30. The conventional printing and baking process of a glass paste can be eliminated by using the dielectric thin film sheet 30 as a dielectric substance layer in this manner.
