PURPOSE: To enhance the response of control input to a diagram display controller by switching one I/O diagram display controller to use exclusively for outputting a display and the other I/O diagram display controller to use exclusively for inputting a control when a large volume of state change in formation is created in a distribution system. CONSTITUTION: A switching means 35 normally delivers identical display information simultaneously to two diagram display controllers 51, 52 which deliver control inputs for a distribution system 1, in the order of input, to a control processing means 33. When an operator inputs to a computer 3 by depressing a push button on the console of the diagram display controller 51, the diagram display controller 51 is switched by the switching means 35 to be used exclusively for inputting a control and the diagram display controller 52 is switched to be used exclusively for outputting a display. Consequently, even if a large volume of state change information is created in a distribution system 1, the diagram display controller 51 is not used exclusively for outputting a display from the computer 3 but can be used for inputting a control. |
