CONSTITUTION: A terminal device is provided with a box-shaped base 1 whose one side is opened, a cover covering one side of the base 1, a terminal block 3 provided with an electric wire connecting part 31b to which an electric wire 10 is connected, and a base plate 4 which is electrically connected to the terminal block 3 and is mounted on the base 1 or on the inside face of the cover.
