PURPOSE: To provide a high output magnetic head device and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein a head chip is very easily connected to a head substrate and the occurrence rate of manufacturing failures is very small. CONSTITUTION: A terminal plate 3 is constructed in a manner that a connection substrate 61 is provided, terminal sections 62 and 63 are formed on one end of the connection substrate 61, being directly connected to the tip parts 5a and 6a of a pulling out electrode as a thin film coil terminal and electrically conductive plates 66 and 67 as connection terminals for a rotary drum are provided in the other end corresponding to each tip member. |
