PURPOSE: To improve the reliability by compressing a time program and sending the compressed program, expanding and reproducing the program so as to reduce the frequency of fault occurrence with respect to transmission processing. CONSTITUTION: A compression program generating means 13 of a computer 10 compresses a time program and sends the compressed program as analog signals and a correction signal transmission means 14 sends a time correction signal used to make a current time of a data reader 20 and the computer coincident. Then time program reproduction means 21, 22 of the data reader receive the compressed program sent as analog signals and expands the program to reproduce the original time program, and a time correction means 23 corrects a current time of the data reader based on the time correction signal sent from the correction signal transmission means. Then the setting value read means 23 reads a current setting value from the time program reproduced by the time program reproduction means based on the current time corrected by the time correction means. |
