CONSTITUTION: The solar cell is provided with an antireflection layer 10 having double layer structure comprising a translucent electrode layer 5 and a translucent insulation layer 6 wherein the pinhole part 4 in the solar cell layer 3 is filled with the compositional maternal of the translucent insulation layer 6. |
