PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting circuit which is lighted with an LED of high brightness and superior humidity-resistance, and an LED display device using it. SOLUTION: While being connected to a sink driver 3 which lights a pair or InAlGaP group LEDs 1 and 2 of different luminescence colors, switching means 4a and 4b are connected, in related manner to the InAlGaP group LED. The pair of InAlGaP group LEDs 1 and 2 may be connected to a cathode common, or may be connected in series. In the former case, the number of the sink drivers 3 can be decreased for lowering the cost. The InAlGaP group LEDs 1 and 2 are of high brightness and superior in humidity-resistance, while circuit configuration is simple. |
