SOLUTION: For example, required adhesion strength (Yσ) can be easily obtained on the basis of an equation by using oxygen flow rate (X1 ), propane flow rate (X2 ), and thermal spraying distance (X3 ) [where respective units of adhesion strength, oxygen flow rate, propane flow rate, and thermal spraying distance are Mpa, slpm, slpm, and m, respectively] as control factors at the time of forming a CrsCz-NiCr film by high speed gas flame spraying. In this way, thermal spraying capable of providing required adhesion strength can be performed, and also a film excellent in reproducibility can be obtained. By using similar techniques with respect to film strength and film wear amount, desired films can be obtained.
